Felix guided the group systematically through the basics, gradually increasing the level of difficulty so that by the end, everyone was training with safe and effective technique. In addition to classic movements from steel mace training, the workshop focused on targeted exercises for the shoulders, back, chest, wrists, and forearms.
Strong Response and a Promising Future
This was the second edition of the successful beginner format and once again met with great enthusiasm. A big thank-you goes to Felix von Kirchbach for the excellent coaching and to Christian Münch for organizing the event.
After such a successful day, one thing is clear: the macebell has earned its place in Berlin’s HEMA and movement scene — and we’re excited to keep it going!
